WARRANTY POLICY

How long is my ski warranty valid?
All skis are covered against manufacturing defects for One (1) year from the date of purchase, valid only for the original owner and authorized retailer purchases.

What’s covered:

Defects in materials or workmanship

Manufacturing flaws that impact ski performance or structure

What’s NOT covered:

Rail, box, or park feature damage
```

Impact damage (rocks, trees, pavement, ski-to-ski contact)

Re-mounting bindings outside manufacturer guidelines

Chairlift damage or improper transport
```

Cosmetic issues (chips, scratches, fading, topsheet wear)

```
Normal wear and tear
```

Binding pullouts due to improper mounting

Solvent/adhesive damage
```

Unauthorized modifications

Voided Warranties:
Any ski that has been altered, repaired, or modified in any way outside of Surface’s guidance is not eligible for warranty service.

Filing a Claim:
To submit a warranty claim, email surface@surfaceskis.com with:

Proof of purchase (itemized, dated receipt – no handwritten invoices)

We’ll review and respond within a few business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused gear can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless there was an error with your order.

We do not accept returns on mounted or used skis.

To initiate a return, email surface@surfaceskis.com with your order number and reason for return.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. During peak season, please allow 3–5 days.

Shipping carriers:
We ship via UPS and USPS, depending on your location and the size of the order.

International orders:
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal accepted
